All warranty work requires a valid proof of purchase/receipt from an Authorized reseller.
All returns must be received with proper and adequate packaging. Wrap and pad the unit very well to avoid damage during shipping – damage incurred due to poor packaging is not covered under warranty.
This RMA is valid for 60 days from date of submission.
We do our best to help troubleshoot before receiving product back for warranty work. If a unit is received with no manufacturer defect or fault found, customer is responsible for the return shipping back to the customer.
