Professionals only policy
We do not sell to the general public. If your order is not being shipped to a verified tattoo shop (we check!), you will need to provide proof of professional status in one of the following ways: An online portfolio within or linked from the shop you work at, Someone to vouch for you from the shop you work at, a state license if applicable, or a business license with your name on it. Please provide links in your order notes or call, email, or fax in the information. We are doing our part to keep people safe, to pay respect to hardworking, professional artists and to maintain the integrity of this industry. If we do not receive the required information within one week, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note: Due to large amounts of fraud, if your billing and shipping addresses do not match (as is often the case when the order is being shipped to a professional tattoo shop, which is our policy), it may take additional time for us to verify the order. Any additional information you could provide at check out or via email would be very helpful (EX: ‘I used my moms credit card’ , hence the different names, or ‘I will be traveling and doing a guest spot, hence the different states’). Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any concerns with this.

Return Policy
Critical Tattoo is committed to delivering the highest quality products undamaged.
If you have a problem with your order, please Contact us immediately.
We have a 14 day return policy (from the original invoice date) on unopened products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need to call for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages damaged or lost during shipping – please purchase insurance.
Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day( Monday through Friday, excluding major Holiday’s) they are received as long as the order is received by 11:00 AM PST. After 11AM PST, they will ship the following business day, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday- Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays and weekends.
International Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on catering to an international clientele. We offer multiple shipping and payment options to make it as easy & affordable as possible for you. Our online shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for you – there is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart. *Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees).
