We offer a 14-day return policy (unless otherwise noted) from the original invoice date on unopened and unused products. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items. Please note that tattoo machines are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, you must  Contact us for return authorization and instructions prior to sending any product back. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Critical Tattoo is not responsible for returned packages, damaged returns, or lost shipments. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any shipping-related claims or issues.
