Shipping and Return Policy
Critical Tattoo is committed to delivering the highest quality products possible that are free from defect or damage due to shipping.

We have a 14 day return policy (unless otherwise notated) from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need to call for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages, damaged, or lost shipments – please purchase insurance and contact shipping carrier to report these issues.
We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major Holiday’s) they are received as long as the order is received by 11:00 AM PST. After 11AM PST, they will ship the following business day, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday- Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays and weekends.
International Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on catering to an international clientele. We offer multiple shipping and payment options to make it as easy & affordable as possible for you. Our online shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for you – there is no obligation to purchase unless you complete the transaction; so feel free to add things to your shopping cart. *Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees).
